‘Referrer’ is the term used for a student / alumnus who refers a friend, colleague or family member. The ‘Referred Student’ is the person being referred to the University of Manchester - Dubai. ‘Referral’ is the term used for the act of referring a student to the University of Manchester - Dubai.

Referrers & conditions:

• Open to all alumni in the Middle East region and current students in good standing (not suspended, withdrawn or a debtor).
• Excludes some alumni and current students (see full terms under section 4).
• Rewards are given on a first-come, first-served basis (i.e. if a student is referred by more than one referrer, the first referral application will be deemed the only valid one).
• No limit on the number of rewards for each referral.
• Multiple applications are allowed per intake and get rewarded for each referral.
• Employees of the University are prohibited from participating as a Referrer

Referred Students & Conditions:

• Must be new students who have not previously applied or enrolled. Previous applicants or enquirers will be eligible to be referred to, provided they last enquired or applied over two years ago.
• Must reside in eligible countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, UAE, Yemen.
• Referred Students can enrol on any programme at the University of Manchester - Dubai.
• Referred Students must provide their personal details by completing a referral form which is available on this website page.
• Must enrol in a programme, pay the deposit and first tuition instalment, and complete the first academic semester.
• Referred Students who are not residents of the countries listed under subsection B (“Referred Students & Conditions”).
