What is the difference between the Global MBA and Executive MBA?

Does the part-time MBA have the same importance as the full-time MBA?

While the degree, faculty, and accreditation for the part-time MBA are the same as those of the full-time MBA, it's important to note that the electives and mode of learning differ between the two programmes.

Can I complete the MBA in one year rather than two years?

The standard duration for the Global MBA program is 24 months. However, for those enrolled in the Global Finance Accelerated MBA, there is an option to complete the program in as little as 18 months. Both programs offer flexibility, allowing students up to 5 years to complete their studies.

An accelerated completion in one year is not typically available due to the comprehensive nature and structure of these programs. The extended duration ensures a thorough understanding of the course material while accommodating the professional commitments of the students.

Can I attend all my workshops in the UK, even if I am based
in the Middle East?

While our program offers flexibility in workshop locations, please note that if you are enrolled in the Middle East Centre, core modules need to be attended at the Middle East Centre. However, for elective modules, you have the option to attend workshops in various global locations, including the UK. This structure ensures a blend of local and international learning experiences.

What are the entry requirements for the MBA programmes?

The concept of a circular economy involves consuming all products produced in the community and converting waste into recycled products. During our workshops, where plastic bottle usage is high, we collect water bottles in specialised recycling bins. These bottles are then converted into thread and textiles, used to design UoM merchandise like t-shirts, which are distributed to students.

Do you offer scholarships? How can I apply for a reduction in my fees?

While we don't offer traditional scholarships, the University of Manchester Middle East Centre provides several financial incentives such as corporate discounts, early bird discounts, and  referral programmes.
